Do you all realize that video game industry is progressing from a macro size into the micro size, from consoles to handheld gaming platforms. And now iPhone has taken the lead to be the next future and modern handheld gaming platform. iPhone has all what it takes to kick other handheld's ass. But in this post, i am not gonna talk about iPhone, because i always mentioned how i was mesmerized with this touchscreen cellular.
You all java game freaks might remember that in a past few years, java games became huge in handheld gaming market. They are small in size but have a large impact in handheld gaming progression history. It reminded me when i first met with Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, developed by Gameloft. I was shocked with this game. I mean, with only using my outdated cellphone, Nokia 3660, i can have a solid 5 hours experience of playing high quality handheld gaming. It was amazing!! When i moved the character Sam Fisher, "wow", it was my first word that came out from my mouth, i was surprised to see how smooth Sam Fisher walked and run. The background graphics was terrific. Gameplay, set the bar really-really high. Enough said, this game was masterpiece.
And recently, they try their luck by expanding their market with iPhone platform. Last i heard, Terminator Salvation is on the verge of releasing date while in the same time other developer, EA, FISHLABS have joined the competition to give the great additions for the iPhone game catalogue. So, i am so excited with this progress, handheld gaming becomes simple but fun and addicting to play. What really curious me is, will there be the day when the console market is not expanding anymore or stagnant, and the culture is changing when handheld gaming is reigning the video game industry? Well, only time will tell...
Heroes vs Villains

In both offline and online games, Ubisoft has made outstanding and astonishing masterpieces for us, game maniacs all across the world. Many great titles from Splinter Cell, Prince of Persia, Assassin’s Creed have brought Ubisoft to be one of the top leading companies, competing with Electronic Arts, Eidos, Konami, Microsoft, and also Capcom.And their long term partnership with mobile game developer, Gameloft, has expanded their market to bring those popular games to handheld platforms, iPhone, N-Gage, and not to mention Nintendo DS platform. Many great hero characters have also been created to blow our mind away with their greatness and their abilities to defeat enemies with a various type of skills that for sure have made a huge trademark for each of those characters. You may remember how silent Sam Fisher can break enemy’s neck to get the information needed, or maybe you know how fast Al’tair can slash all the Romans to finish the missions, or maybe Prince from Persia knows how to run from wall to wall and kill the enemies with his “silent kill” ability.
Who is the Best Villain Character in Video Games?
But in spite of those magnificent characters that i mentioned above, i think it would be cruel for us to ignore the other elements from video games, yes, the villain characters. And i must say that, those hero characters won’t be as great as it seems if there’s no enemies who stand in their way. Many great villain characters have also been created by Ubisoft with their stunning abilities to complete the elements of video games.
Actually, it’s not about how hard we can defeat this enemy, but it’s about how come this “hard to beat” enemy like this is shown whereas we are still in the beginning part of the first level! So it seems like we are about to finish the game in the first level. Can you believe it? So if you haven’t played this game, i suggest you to try it and you can understand what i’m trying to say in this post.Anyway, the other reason that makes me think why Shahdee would be the best villain ever is, because she is one of the sexiest enemies so far, i mean with that sexy outfit, i bet all hero characters would spill their saliva while they got their asses kicked!! So no wonder, Prince from Persia is the one who got kicked from his own ship.
Anyway, in the trailer video released by Gameloft couple days ago, Gameloft revealed that this new Gangstar Miami Vindication installment will bring many new vehicles. From the images below you can see that the character is riding a bike while shooting at the enemy, sailing a boat, and he can even fly a helicopter. By far, the trailer promises us a lot in term of gameplay. In graphical term, it also shows us a little bit about the weather condition, day and night. So i am really curious a lot with all of these new features.
If you already played the original version, Gangstar: West Coast Hustle, you can see the the sprite objects, the trees and the poles can be easily avoided because it is not even exist, so you can pass right through the tress and poles and it will never do any harm on your car damage. And some say that this invincible objects can reduce the experience of the game. So i really hope that Gameloft will finally solve this problem by making all the sprite objects to be as real as possible because this Gangstar Miami Vindication will be obviously compared to the Rockstar’s pride Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. So Gameloft have to be ready with this competition.
Although in the comment section of the video trailer on Youtube some of fans predict that Gangstar Miami Vindication new installment will be bigger and better than the original version, some sceptics also give their negative opinions regarding the quality of graphics and gameplay as well. So you must stick around to this blog to get the latest news related about this new Gangstar Miami Vindication. But i am personally positive that this Gameloft’s new creation will set the bar really really high on the standard game and beat Rockstar's creation, GTA for handheld and finally will help bringing mobile game industry even stronger than before.
Online RolePlaying Games or used to be called as MMORPG is the most interesting and addictive gameplay in every game platform in the world, especially in console platforms (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, etc). By playing an online roleplaying game, we can communicate with other person in the whole world, which makes it fun and enjoying to play, as if, we play as our character in the game we play and we can do anything during the journey, such as mocking our enemy or competitors, buying or selling stuff from other characters, defying other players to create a duel, gaining experiences and levels, or anything with our characters.
